RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

Return dates vary, ranging from 0 to 10 days upon delivery. You will be notified of the return period for each item upon receiving your invoice.
The expenses of returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be initiated once we have received and quality checked the item to ensure it is in the same condition as sold.

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our chosen address (full address will be provided to the customer via email). After the specified return period, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.

We will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (a full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. Exchange/Refund of the damaged item shall be subject to the following conditions given below:

Eligibility for Return:

The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean that the product isn’t used with proof of purchase, order number.

Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package. Be Careful: do not write “Beatall” or any reference to us, ‘gems’, ‘jewellery’, ‘diamonds’ or any luxury-item related words on the package as it invites theft of packages.

We would advise that you should use a tracking service to ensure that you receive a guaranteed delivery to us. We will not be able to offer refunds for any items that have been lost in transit or that have not been delivered to us.

We also recommend customers take full insurance on the package and request signature confirmation.

Accompanying certificates and or reports must be returned (where applicable). Missing certificates will cause the replacement cost to be deducted from the refund amount (minimum £100, but can be greater depending on the certificate or appraisal).

  • All customers must contact beatall.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
  • beatall.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.beatall.com.

After confirmation of the order, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

EXCEPTION:

The right of return/withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made product, which has been specially tailored for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
  • The product is specified as non-returnable.

Note: Beatall.com reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.
